WORLD TOUR: EXPLORING GEOGRAPHY | VIRTUAL COURSE | GRADE: 1st – 6th

Description:  

Find your adventurous spirit in this fun, exciting tour around the world!

Students will go through a series of video lessons that will take students AROUND THE WORLD as they visit each continent exploring maps, food, culture, music, animal, and so much more!

Additional opportunities to work on crafts, coloring pages, and copies are available offline anytime.

Virtual Online courses are designed for students to learn at their own pace without any real-time instructor. The course content – lessons, prerecorded video lectures and tutorials, tests and quizzes, homework, and assignments can be accessed by the students enrolled in the course at any time, as long as the course is active and available.

Grades 1st – 6th

Suggested supplies (not necessary for this course):

Printer (to print out activities), colored pencils, crayons or markers, basic craft supplies, and basic ingredients for most recipes.

What you will need...

In order to participate in the course, your child will need a computer, phone, tablet, or iPad with Zoom capabilities - Camera and Microphone required.

Recipe Ingredients:

If your child wants to make the recipe every day, these are the approximate ingredients you will need to have readily available. Each Day has a list of the ingredients already so if you would like to pick and choose which recipes to make and which not to make, that is alright. 

  • Oil - 1 1/2 cup
  • Flour - 7 cup
  • Baking powder - 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Milk - 2 1/4  cup
  • Sugar - 2 cup
  • Butter - 1 1/4 cup
  • Eggs - 9
  • Cornstarch - 1 tbsp
  • 1 Lemon or Lime

Craft Supplies:

If your child wants to make the craft every day, these are the supplies you will need to have readily available. You can always check the craft ahead of time to decide if you will participate or not. It is recommended to check the crafts at least a day in advance, since a few of them require printing certain pictures.
