Playing board games is not just an engaging way to make friends, learn problem-solving skills, and have fun. Board games are also an up-and-coming industry with many fanatics. In this course, we not only teach our students about art, gameplay, and design, but we also help them create their own board game, giving them entrepreneurial skills! Throughout the course, students will play different types of board games and then work in teams to design a board game. They will then pitch that board game to each other, hoping that their game will be chosen to receive the ultimate Players’ Choice Award!
