Friday | 9 am – 12 pm | Physical Fitness Club | ESTEAM Academy | Ages 8 – 14

Our Physical Fitness Club is designed to not only get kids active but also to help promote healthy living and physical fitness in a fun and positive environment, thus increasing our kid’s health and their self-esteem. The Club will introduce a variety of Sports and other Fun Outdoor activities, and introduce how the body works, teach kids how to win AND how to lose, as well as, teach about nutrition; using hands-on, creative ways to stress the importance of eating healthy, good sportsmanship, and physical fitness.
