OBJECTIVES

Students will collaborate on story and character creation while sharing their own creations. Students will draw their own comic book using tools at home. 

MATERIALS NEEDED

1. 8.5×11 white printer paper.
2. Standard size stapler.
3. Drawing tools: pencil, sharpener, eraser, straight edge. Other personal tools are welcome depending on students’ access to resources.
4. Digital tools: computer, mouse, keyboard, webcam, mic, printer.

ACTIVITY

6-week Project

Students will be guided through the steps of creating a simple comic book based on individual style and creation. Each week an online guide will provide a one-hour online group setting to help promote teamwork, virtual community, and continue creative growth.
