ESTEAM Camps FAQ: Ages, Daily Flow, and How We Support Different Learners
When families are choosing a camp, they usually have the same set of questions. Here are clear answers to the ones we hear most often.
What Ages Are Your Camps For?
We serve ages 4–16 with track options designed for developmental readiness: Discovery, Explorers, and Pathfinders.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Our day follows predictable routines: launch, labs, breaks, and reflection. The structure helps kids feel calm while still giving them real choice inside projects.
Do Kids Create the Rules?
Yes. We guide campers in creating guardrails together and agreeing on accountability systems. It builds ownership and improves group culture.
How Do You Handle Conflict?
We use a peace table as a dedicated space for kids to talk through problems and repair relationships with support. It teaches real communication.
How Do You Support Learning Differences?
Hands-on projects provide multiple ways to engage and succeed. We focus on growth, confidence, and practical systems, not perfection.
Where Can I See Current Offerings?

Next month, we’re moving into fall themes and planning: how to choose camps by interest (engineering, arts, science, technology) and how to plan ahead for summer.
