05/28 – 8/12 | TEENS THAT LEAD PROGRAM | ESTEAM ACADEMY | AGES 12 – 17

An interactive mentorship program for youth between 12-17 years old. 

Are you 12 – 17 years old? Are you looking to gain valuable work and leadership skills? Are you someone who loves playing games, art, robotics, theater, video production, or drones, and connects well with kids?

At ESTEAM Learning Labs, we’re committed to life-long learning and empowering our learners with applicable work skills.  With this in mind, we’re excited to be offering our Teens that Lead program.

The Teens that Lead Program is a three-level certification program that trains Teens in all areas of Educational Enrichment Services – from working with learners in the classroom, lesson plan development, logistics and operations, team collaboration, and more, this program arms Teens with both Skills and Knowledge needed to work as Camp Counselors and Guides leading Summer Camps, After School Programs, Events, and can even prepare them to launch their programs.

After completing the initial training required at each level, Teens unlock the ability to earn $ while working the remainder of their program. Each level completed earns both more Skill and more $$.

Three Levels of Certification Include;

• Level 1: Leaders in Training
• Level 2: Leaders in Service
• Level 3: Leaders in Action

REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE:

• Pay the Program Fee and Submit Registration Information. Please ensure we have both Parent’s and Applicant’s email and contact number
• Complete the Application and A Phone Interview.
• Complete Level Orientations and Training Requirements (dates provided via email after the phone interview process)
• A minimum of 5 WEEKS COMMITMENT (2 sessions offered), but candidates can work the entire 10 weeks if available and interested.

May 27th – June 28th OR July 8th – August 9th

Orientation Dates Offered;

Dates / Times TBD but will be on Saturdays and Sundays during April and May.
